Tamra Helm serves as an Office Assistant for the association. In this capacity, Tamra is responsible for assisting with OAWU conferences and the H2Oregon publication for the organization.

Tamra joined OAWU in the fall of 2000. Prior to that, she was employed by the Salem Clinic, PC in Human Resources.

Tamra lives in Dallas with her husband and daughters, where she is busy being a mom and wife when not taking care of the members of OAWU and the program field staff.
