David Branham was born and raised in Klamath  County, Oregon. He moved to Western Oregon in 1995 to study Water/Wastewater Management at Linn Benton Community College, receiving his diploma in 1997.

After graduation, Mr. Branham worked for various municipalities in the water/wastewater field; lastly as Chief Operator for the City of Mt. Angel.

In December of 2000 Mr. Branham accepted a position as Wastewater Technician Circuit Rider for the Oregon Association of Water Utilities, and he has now been with the association for seven years.

Mr. Branham says he enjoys working with everyone at OAWU and being part of a strong effective team. His favorite part of his job is traveling around the state and meeting/working with so many operators, utility workers, lab technicians, and city personnel in the water/wastewater field.

David currently resides in the country near the small town of Grand Ronde in Yamhill County.
