David
Branham was born and raised in Klamath County, Oregon. He moved to
Western Oregon in 1995 to study Water/Wastewater Management at Linn
Benton Community College, receiving his diploma in 1997.
After graduation, Mr. Branham worked
for various municipalities in the water/wastewater field; lastly as
Chief Operator for the City of Mt. Angel.
In December of 2000 Mr. Branham
accepted a position as Wastewater Technician Circuit Rider for the
Oregon Association of Water Utilities, and he has now been with the
association for seven years.
Mr. Branham says he enjoys working
with everyone at OAWU and being part of a strong effective team. His
favorite part of his job is traveling around the state and
meeting/working with so many operators, utility workers, lab
technicians, and city personnel in the water/wastewater field.
David currently resides in the
country near the small town of Grand Ronde in Yamhill County.
