Scott Berry is serving our members as a Circuit Rider, and he specializes in domestic water distribution. Scott first came to OAWU in 2002 as our Training Specialist, he served in that position for 2 years. He has a background in surveying and engineering and has also filled the role of Manager for a rural water utility covering 165 square miles. Scott has also owned and operated an excavation contracting company that specialized in installation and repair of domestic water infrastructure. In 2006 Scott went overseas to provide support to our troops by operating, troubleshooting, and providing training for water treatment plants in Iraq. Upon his return, he once again joined the OAWU family as a Circuit Rider and has been a valuable asset in helping to expand OAWU's services.
