Drinking Water Services (DWS) now offers an
advanced course that is appropriate for
operators who have completed the
basics course two or more times. Like the
basics course, the advanced course is a free
one-day course that meets the training
requirement for recertification. However, this
course covers new topics and operators use
information from their own water systems to
complete hands-on activities in class. For this
reason, the advanced class is not offered as an
online class. More information about the course
